
Ingredients:
1 (14-ounce) can sliced beets
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 hard cooked eggs, shells removed
(You can easily double, triple, or quadruple this recipe. A large glass jar is best for marinating.)
Directions:
Combine sugar, vinegar, and salt in a saucepan. Add beets to juice and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
